Quiche
This recipe originated from PJM when he returned from his mission to France and he made it for us. The day we got home from Disney World happened to be my birthday, and he made this for our dinner.
Cut up 2 small zucchini and 1 bell pepper
Line a pie pan with a pie crust and spread veggies on the bottom.
Whisk together 4-6 eggs, 1/2 C. milk, grated cheese, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Pour over veggies and bake for 30-45 minutes, until eggs are set.
I would typically saute the veggies before adding them to the pie pan. I would also add sauted onions too. You can use heavy cream or 1/2 & 1/2 if you have that available.
Additional ingredients:
bacon
broccoli
ham
extra cheese
asparagus
