Alfredo Sauce
I've been making this for years, and I just eyeball it. When I get requests for the recipe, this is essentially what I tell them. You can add extra garlic or parmesan, etc.
2 C. heavy cream
3/4-1 cup grated parmesan cheese or 4 cheese Italian blend
1/2 T granulated garlic, garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
Bring to a boil, then simmer 10-15 minutes until thickened & cheese has melted.
