Grilled Marinated Flank Steak
This is Emeril Lagasse's recipe.
2-3 lb. flank steak
1/3 C. vinegar (1 C broth or apple juice)
1/2 C. soy sauce
2 T Creole seasoning
2 T minced garlic
2 T. Brown sugar
1 T. tomato paste
1 tsp. black pepper
Mix all ingredients in a ziplock or glass dish. Marinade for 4-12 hours. Grill
Creole Seasoning:
2 1/2 T paprika
2 T. salt
2 T garlic powder
1 T. pepper
1 T. onion powder
1 T cayenne pepper
1 T oregano
1 T dried thyme
Store remaining seasoning in a little glass jar.
