Puffy Pancakes {German pancakes}
Preheat oven to 450*
Blend in a blender:
6 eggs
1 C. milk
1 C. flour
1 1/14 tsp salt
3/4 cube melted butter
Grease 9 X 13 glass pan and pure mixture into pan. Bake for 18 minutes.
