Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. soft bread crums
(whirl about 1 slice in food processor or blender)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
pepper
1 egg
1-2 T. Parsley, minced
1 qt beef broth
{ add a couple bouillon cubes.  add onion celery, carrots for flavor}
Beat eggs slightly.  Add other ingredients except meat and broth and mix thoroughly.  Add meat and mix well, but lightly.  Shape into 1-2" meatballs.  Drop into boiling broth.
