Lisa's sugar cookies

My friend Lisa makes the best cookies.  They always taste better when she makes them, but here is the recipe in case I need to make them.

Mix until fluffy
1 C. soft butter
2 C. sugar

Add:
2 eggs
1 C. sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
5 C. flour
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Refrigerate 4 hours or make the night before

Roll our 1/4-1/2" thick

Bake 350* for 10 minutes

Frosting:
1 stick butter {melt in microwave}
1-2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 lb. bag powdered sugar
