Cream & Corn

Recipe from Marla Christensen

40 oz frozen corn
1 C. milk
1 C. heavy cream
(or 2 C. half and half)
1 tsp. salt
6 T. sugar
1 pinch white (or black) pepper
Boil and simmer until corn is cooked, then add:
4-6 T butter, melted and add 4 T flour.  Cook until thick.
