Marinade for Chicken Kabob's

This is from my cousin Shannon. So easy and yummy

1/2 C. olive oil
1/4 C. lemon juice
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

 I just put the marinade in a ziplock, add chicken cut into about 1-2" pieces and marinade for 4 hours. Grill on skewers with your favorite vegetables, if desired.
