Peach Crisp

3 C. sliced peaches
1 C. sugar
1 Tb. corn starch
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1 C. flour
3/4 C. oatmeal
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Spread peaches in 9X13 pan.  In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water.  Cook on medium until mixture turns clear.  Add vanilla and our over peaches. Mix together topping ingredients and crumble over the fruit.  Bake 350* for 45 minutes or until golden brown
