Baked Mac-n-Cheese



Macaroni + Cheese

Preheat oven to 350* 

Boil 2 C. macaroni 

In a blender, blend the following:
3 T. butter 
3 T flour 
2 C. milk 
1/2 tsp. salt 
pepper
1 slice of onion -approx. 1/4 c. 
1 C. gouda
1 C. medium cheddar
1 C. pepper jack 

4 oz of cream cheese - I added this to the noodles after I drained them, so it would melt nicely.

Grease 9 X 13 dish.  Mix drained macaroni and cheese mixture in a casserole dish. Bake for 15-30 minutes, depending on the consistency you'd like.  I like it a little saucy, so I bake for 15-20 minutes. It thickens as it sits.
