Southern Style Pork Chops with gravy
Again from Natalie. She always makes them better than I do. This is one of those recipes that you can add more or less, and improvise with the spices etc.
Sprinkle lemon pepper, garlic powder, cajun spice {or your favorite spice} on your pork chops, however many you need for your family. Coat with flour and brown in meltd butter. Take chops out and add more butter and flour {to make a rue. Approx 1/2 cup of each} Add 3-4 cups water, half of an onion, sliced and 2-3 beef bouillion cubes. Bring to a boil, simmer and add browned chops. Simmer 1 1/2 -2 hours.
Serve over rice
