Cheese Ball
Family recipe that is classic around the holidays! Love a yummy cheese ball!
1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 TB chopped pimento
1 T chopped green bell pepper
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Mix well. Chill and roll in chopped nuts.
