Pound Cake
I love this recipe. It's so easy. No mixing dry and liquid separately. No mixing one egg at a time.
4 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1 lb soft butter
3/4 cup milk
6 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Mix all together, low speed 1 minute, medium speed 2 minutes. Grease/flour loaf pan. Bake 325 * for 1 hour & 45 minutes. **I always check after 1 hour and it usually only takes 1 hour and 10 minutes for me. Makes 2 loaves.**
