Sugar Cookies
When my friend Jenny made these a few years ago, we all fell in love with them. Sugar cookies seem so labor intensive, but these are well worth the effort. And honestly, really not THAT hard. I make them for all the holidays now. This makes approximately 48 medium/large heart cookies.(shown) HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

Chill 1 hour. Bake on a greased cookie sheet 350* 8-10 minutes
Frosting:
1/3 cup butter, 4 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 cup milk, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla-add milk if too thick.

I need to set a goal to make all the recipes on your blog. They all look so delicious. There is something about sugar cookies... sometimes they are so NOT worth the work/calories, the but really good ones are so so so good. I'll have to try these.
